In my final year at university, I created RADIUS, a zine that was free to local areas and communities that brought light to current issues, told stories of people affected by them and encouraged people to look closer at what is going on around them. RADIUS also offered helpful links and websites with resources for people who were struggling.
It was a fully researched and carefully crafted piece of work that I really enjoyed working on, and when I graduated I always wanted to find the time to create more editions of it.
Due to working full-time, I had to adapt the project to make it more manageable, therefore I created
RADIUS - 360.
This zine is much smaller than the full broadsheet size of RADIUS; it is 'pocket size'. Each edition of RADIUS 360 also tackles a key issue; however, it is more about educating people on broader terminology/issues and helping them gain a little more understanding and provide people with the vocabulary needed to discuss issues within their communities.
It also comes in digital from, a scrollable version of the information, easily accessible via a QR code or website for those who are not able to access the print publication.
ISSUE 1 - Intersectional Feminism

The back of each zine will also be able to be used as a poster,
it will feature light branding and a big key image.
